Hey!
This is the big week! It’s your first session at Custom Fitness and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you!
Have you ever been intimidated walking into a place with new people and you don’t really know where to go or what to expect?
We’ve all been there and at Custom Fitness, our goal is to make you comfortable from the start!
So here is what to expect:
1. Bring a pair of workout clothes, gym sneakers and some water.
2. Please park along our side of the building. We want to be respectful to our neighbors across the way.
3. Try to arrive 5 minutes before your session starts to ensure you are ready to go. (some members like looking over their session on the app the night before. This way you have an idea of what equipment you will need.) There may be a session finishing up before you so you can wait in the lobby and change your shoes before heading to your designated zone.
4. Once you are at your "Zone" you can start your warm-up process and get started!
As you prepare for the week ahead, just know that this is the beginning of something great and things will improve after each session. Make sure you hydrate plenty beforehand and we can't wait to see you!
