Audience:         Ages 7-12

Focus:  Sets an early athletic foundation


The Custom Fitness Youth Program is taught by certified  Performance Coaches and utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

Our Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.
Youth Speed and Conditioning is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.
Speed is a learned skill, and Custom Fitness is the place to learn!
EVERY GROUP IS LED BY AN EXPERT COACH THROUGH: 

Flexibility and Mobility 

 Soft tissue work and proper active stretching to identify and correct muscular imbalances and safely prepare the athlete for the workout ahead. 

Active Dynamic Warm Up 

A dynamic warm up with a focus on improving movement quality to minimize injury risk associated with their sport. 

Speed Development 

Speed development with an emphasis on acceleration, deceleration, linear and lateral speed, running mechanics and footwork. 

Multi-Planar Strength Training 

Our strength program builds foundational strength in the upper body, lower body and core. 

Conditioning 


Conditioning to make sure all our athletes are ready to compete hard from the first to last whistle.
